Refund Policy

HisKart understands there could be some instances where customers want to return their order and get a refund. Cancellation Policy

If unsatisfied, you can cancel your order when your order is dispatched, meaning you can cancel it within 24 hours of the orderplacement if not dispatched. You can cancel your order before receiving an email confirmation mentioning that your order has been dispatched. Please note that we cannot accept the return of your medicines after they our warehouse because they could not be reused.

We will resend your orders to the address you prefer if you fail to get your missed delivery or if we arrange redelivery, provided the order has been returned to us, which happens within 30 days. Please note that you cannot cancel once your order leaves our premises. However, you can cancel it until the point where your order has not been dispatched.

Refund/Reship Policy

We will immediately initiate the refund process, including any delivery charges you paid. We request you to return any damaged, incorrect, or faulty product in the best possible condition to us. We also request you to return the medications with the original packaging (if possible), with all the necessary precautions to prevent further damage.
